You can cancel your TrackwellGLP Pro subscription at any time from the Settings page, which opens the secure billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will keep full access until that date and will not be charged again.
We offer a 14-day refund window on your first paid subscription period (monthly or yearly). If TrackwellGLP isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of the initial charge and we'll issue a full refund.
Renewal charges (after the first period) are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals. Partial refunds for unused time on a renewed period are not provided.
Email us at support@trackwellglp.app with the email address on your account and the approximate date of purchase. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry automatically and notify you. Your access remains active during the retry window. If all retries fail, your subscription will be cancelled and access revoked at the end of the current period.
